How refunds are handled
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and refunds are processed by Paddle.
How to request a refund
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
- Email us at hello@poeticmemory.com with your order details and reason for the refund.
Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
